Kazuhiro Yoshiyama

Born in Adachi, Tokyo. Graduated from Kudan High School and Bunkyo University, Faculty of Human Sciences. From an early age, he was immersed in music through the piano. In high school, he formed a band with friends and began playing the electric bass. During university, he joined the jazz club and discovered the double bass. He studied under renowned bassists Daiki Yasukagawa and Hinako Nakao, deepening his musical expression and technique. After graduation, he began performing as a jazz bassist in various venues including jazz bars and live houses. Currently active in both live performances and recording sessions, mainly in jazz and pop genres. His playing blends lyrical sensitivity with rhythmic depth, creating soundscapes that resonate with everyday poetry.
