La-Vie

La-Vie is a rock unit from Nagoya, Japan, formed by vocalist Masaaki Sakakibara and guitarist Eiji Omura. They have released numerous singles and albums, with their high-energy track "FREEDOM" featured as the opening theme for the anime Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. In 2010, the duo went on hiatus, each member pursuing his own path. Now, after 15 years, La-Vie returns in 2025-revived and resolute. "We may move slowly. But we will never stop again. To live, to turn life into sound-that is our La-Vie."
