From the Japan-born Chill & Relax media "Lonely Girl," which is gaining attention both domestically and internationally, comes the new song "toritoma" by Konfig-a beatmaker/producer/guitarist based in Tokyo who collaborates extensively overseas, working with artists from countries like France, Australia, and Thailand on live performances and tracks! The new track imagines the dreams experienced during manic-depressive states that arise from navigating emotionally turbulent daily interactions. It expresses the "depressed" state through a melody evoking a dark, ambient mood, while the "manic" state is conveyed by an uplifting break sound reminiscent of ascending a stairway to heaven. It paints a world where ephemeral beauty and fragility intertwine, much like the mind freely reshaping itself within a dream. While translating the flower language of flowers and toritoma into sound, this track embodies Konfig's signature flowing sound and aggressive beat style. Enjoy this experimental chill track that captures the sparkle and instability of emotion. Konfig is active in his music unit Kommune, his collective 5 FEET FARM, songwriting, and live performances and DJ sets using the SP404 MK2, offering unique soundscapes across multiple fronts. In November 2024, he made his first overseas performance in Bangkok, Thailand. In March 2025, he performed live at Toha Radio in Taiwan. In August 2025, he held his first self-organized overseas live event, 'PULSE in Vietnam', in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Owner and sound designer of DELMONTE STUDIO in Shibuya, Tokyo Through DJ activities started in 1996, he made his major debut as ASTRO from BMG JAPAN in 2006. On the other hand, he is a major telecommunications company and strives to process sound sources for digital contents. After becoming independent in 2012 and establishing DELMONTE STUDIO, Regardless of major or indie music centered on HIPHOP He is involved in the production of sound sources for more than 800 artists with 300 people a year.
