TOYBEE, a band based in Shimokitazawa with the motto "Brighter and catchier Rock 'n' Roll than anyone else = TOYROCK," releases their highly anticipated new E.P., "TOYROCK INVASION." This 5-track record features production by Kenji Ueda (ex-the pillows) and sound production by akkin (known for his work with Kessoku Band and ONE OK ROCK). Vo.Gt. Daichi Tomizuka states, "We took on this project with the mindset of making TOYBEE's debut album," capturing the band's pure impulse and evolution. From the opening track "TOYROCK ~TOYBEE's Theme~," which pays loving homage to the Bay City Rollers, to the playful ending of "CAT GIRL," the E.P. is an explosion of respect for 60s-70s good music. Colorful, bold, and bursting with energy like an overturned toy box, these songs will vividly "INVADE" your daily life. A 3-piece "New Generation Rock 'n' Roll & Pops" band formed in 2021 and based in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo.
