LUCKY SHINOHARA

Born in Tondabayashi, Osaka, this singer-songwriter has lived a life immersed in music. With an uncle who owned a record store, he grew up surrounded by a diverse mix of sounds, developing a deep passion for J-POP, Rock, R&B, Soul, and Funk. Classically trained in piano from childhood, he quickly made a name for himself as a student, winning numerous awards as both a solo pianist and a band vocalist. His professional career began in 1993. From 2000 to 2015, he served as the frontman for a soul band, releasing three singles and an album. Seeking to further hone his craft and expand his musical horizons, he later traveled alone to Los Angeles, where he absorbed the essence of the global music scene. Returning to his solo roots in 2015, he based his activities in the Kansai region. In 2023, he released the self-produced album The Power Of Almighty under his birth name, Yoshitomo Shinohara. In 2025, he adopted his current artist name and signed with the management agency bluesofa. He is set to release his latest digital single, "Kimi wa KANSAIJIN," via bluesofa Records on January 28, 2026.
