Though worn down by the noise of society, Miq vows to "surpass yesterday's self" and continues to "let their own sound ring out." This is a track that captures Miq's determination. The beat is produced by 3BASS from the producer collective SleepyheadBeats, led by EW. Built on a foundation of low-centered 808 bass, tight kicks, and crisp, cutting snares, the track features a minimalist drum pattern that drives the rhythm. Miq moves fluidly between a melodic flow and a near-spoken approach, creating a gradient that follows the emotional arc of the lyrics. The first place I ever rapped was at the Nagamachi Cypher. Surrounded by skilled MCs, I kept going back. driven by frustration and the urge to catch up. But I felt that alone would not be enough. so I set out for the city in search of growth and speed. Looking back.it was that curiosity that still drives me today and has connected me with so many people along the way.
