“mpjbd” released the new music Album “yellow&blue”

“mpjbd” just dropped the new and hot Album “yellow&blue”. It will contain the songs 'YB', 'U.S.O', 'John Bene's Theme', 'Summer Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Girl', 'FAINT' and 'Nostal castle' total of 6songs. Enjoy the J-Pop sound from the far east Asia.

"mpjbd" are Aiko(Bass & Vocal of VELTPUNCH), Naoki(Drums of VELTPUNCH, winda and ex.Kiwi roll), Hirota(Guitar and Vocal) and Himeno(Guitar of ENMANOVA and ex.VELTPUNCH). The long awaited 1st mini album with 6 songs are coming! Characteristic of their sounds are catchy and like, harmonized sweet melody by two female vocal meets noisy guitars. Introducing few tracks from it, as track No.1 "YB" are the lead song of this album, it's absolutly a killer tune. Track No.2 "U.S.O" and Track No.4 "Summer Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Girl" are agresive and groovy, Track No.5 "FAINT" loose but magnificent song.

Summer in 2004, Aiko(Bass & Vocal of VELTPUNCH) and Naoki(Drums of VELTPUNCH, winda and ex.Kiwi roll) formed "mpjbd".
After a while, Hirota(Guitar and Vocal) and Himeno(Guitar of ENMANOVA and ex.VELTPUNCH) joined and started to perform at venues like Sangen-jyaya HEAVEN'S DOOR and Shimokitazawa SHELTER.
In 2005, they released two demo single, 1st demo single "Summer Pepper Lonely Hearts in spring, and the 2nd demo single "HYMENOPTIC" in winter. These demo single was sold only at their gigs, but many fans of VELTPUNCH and indie rocks loved it so they took no time to sell 1,000 copies of it.
After those two demo single, they released the 1st mini album "yellow & blue" as their debut CD from EVOL RECORDS.
The characteristic of their sound are noisy guitar, two female vocals in whole song and super catchy melody. It's emotional but have some essence of "MOE" so it's maybe good to describe it "MOEMO"!
