Beak is a rock drummer specialized in genres in Rock, Pop, Melodic Hardcore, Punk, Beat Rock, Hardcore, Mixture, Digirock, Heavy & Loud and Kayokyoku. He's also known as the drummer for the bands: NICOITNE and MAYKIDZ Basing from Hokkaido to Tokyo at the age of 20. Started touring abroad since the age of 22 with success in countries such as US and South Korea. In the past, Beak has successfully performed and supported shows with high profile artists with DEE DEE RAMONE, MARKY RAMONE, L.A.GUNS, DEAD KENNEDYS, D.R.I., FASTER PUSSYCAT, GIGANTOR, DANGER DANGER and Pretty Boy Floyd, and has raised his reputation internationally. In June 2013, Beak has started Japan's first (!?) solo rock drummer national tour "Hitori Drum Rock Show" (Solo Drum Rock Show) which has created buzz in the scene with the synchronized performance with live drums and drumless tracks that were rare back in the time. As March 2019, he has toured and performed over 500 shows himself. To date, Beak is touring throughout the nation of Japan, 47 prefectures, with solo drum shows, his life time project, while he actively performs in the nationally profiled bands: NICOTINE and MAYKIDZ.
