Sound that is just there. Sound that exists in nature. Sounds of various frequencies fill every space. He scoops out a part of them to make music. That's why his sound is close to human hearts. -Transparent sound. -Delicate tuning. His music affects us just by existing. It is like the rotation of the earth or the flow of time. [happo's musical history] He started playing classical piano at the age of 6 and classical guitar at 15. Having begun composing music at the age of 20, he performed his guitar compositions in cafes, bars, and live music venues. In his 20's, he was inspired by Harry Partch, a pure tuning composer, and developed a strong interest in tuning and a commitment to just intonation. By tuning his guitar in various ways, he developed a balance between consonance and dissonance. He also crafted brass pipes to create wind chimes of several different scales. In 2018, he held a limited concert in Kichijoji, Tokyo, and sold his first album containing only his compositions. On that album, he gained attention for his overtone singing. In 2022, he began streaming his piano compositions. Most of them are simple compositions that sound most effectively with just intonation. He considers just intonation a suitable tuning for streaming music as environmental music. As a guitarist, he is currently a member of Ensemble Flex, playing the classical guitar part. He also distributes card-based music box musics, which are available for free on YouTube.
